Continuous Chest Compression CPR

1. Stroke sternum hard to make sure victim isn't just sleeping.

2. Call 911.

3. Follow the 911 operator's instructions, or if no instructions are available, execute chest compressions continuously at 100 compressions/minute.

Don't

• Don't check for a pulse.
• Don't perform mouth to mouth.
• Not appropriate with children under 8 or with drowning victims.
